Search and replay tools help you get the most out of recorded data and provide support for compliance regulations. Quickly and easily retrieve and replay recordings on-demand and search for spoken words through accurate phonetic search.

SPEECH RECOGNITION

Highly accurate transcription of all audio conversations is available for 29 languages and growing. The text output can be imported into BI systems to search for personal information.

RECORD MANAGEMENT

Recorded communications are stored in the recorders local CallStore, with options for storage extensions or archiving to external network storage. Configuration options provide support for retention policies and regulatory compliance. Record deletion capability is also available and can be built into your data management processes.
We also enable the export of records.
