A senior leader and CEO who has built a strong track record of execution, having worked in the Software and Financial Services sectors for over twenty years.
An effective communicator who is customer focused with proven leadership capabilities. Richard has a track record of achieving significant revenue growth, both organically and via acquisition, with experience of organisational strategy and the development of fund raising plans.
He has worked with a variety of businesses, ranging from start-ups to a FTSE 100 company, in a number of markets including: South Africa, USA, Hong Kong and Germany.
John is responsible for all financial aspects of Red Box company strategy.
He has previously held a number of key senior FD and CFO positions in niche technology businesses and also provided consultancy to a range of companies from start-ups to fast growing PE backed businesses. From 2006 – 2011 he held the position of CFO for Omnibus Systems Limited, a leader in the global market for television and radio broadcasting systems and was part of the team that successfully completed its sale to Miranda Technologies Inc in September 2010.
Chief Technology Officer
John is responsible for the full technology cycle from architectural design through to product delivery and post-installation customer support. His remit includes product research and development, quality assurance testing and professional services project management.
Prior to joining Red Box Recorders, John developed hundreds of innovative software solutions across several sectors including broadcasting and financial services. His previous role was Chief Technology Officer for Nomad Digital, where he managed research and development units across Europe.
Chief Operating Officer
Pete is responsible for Sales and Service Operations at Red Box.
Pete has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry with the majority spent in telecommunications. As a co-founder of ETSI in the 90s – a telephony solutions provider, he pioneered highly available integrated voice solutions into Europe, US and Asia. Following ETSI, Pete spent several years at Avaya and Dimension Data in the EMEA, in both technical and sales leadership positions. More recently he was responsible for building O2’s Enterprise ICT business in the UK.
