Telephony switch integration

SMDR-based integration is available for many of the world’s leading switches, allowing additional data to be stored against a call. Generally, switch integration is necessary when Agent ID or extension information (from a trunk-side solution) is required as part of the solution’s search criterion. We can also provide a CTI for an extended range of systems to deliver real-time data against each call.

Red Box can carry out specific data integration as part of any solution at minimal cost. Indeed, we develop many bespoke interfaces for customer solutions in order to link voice recordings to customer- and operational-specific data.

All our integrations deliver data directly to the recording engine, ensuring that data is stored with the call and always available – whether replay is from the online system or an offline archive in 10 years’ time. They offer complete referential integrity without support or maintenance overhead.
