The course is split into:
Technical Training
This details how to install the recorder, how to troubleshoot technical problems and how the support procedure works.
Administrative Training
This covers how to use the recorder as both administrator and a typical user.
Training Prerequisites
For those expecting to perform the installation of the recorder, a solid technical IT background would be required.
