Red Box Recorders becomes certified Orange Business Services, Trading Solutions Recording Supplier

RBR2600 series certified to integrate with the Etrali Voice Platform
Nottingham, UK - 15h November 2006 - Red Box Recorders Ltd, a world leader in the field of digital voice recording and software solutions has announced a technical partnership with Trading Solutions, the Orange Business Services 's leading provider of international and unified communications solutions to the trading community. Under the agreement, the Red Box Recorders' RBR2600 series voice recording solution is certified to integrate into the Etrali Voice Platform.

Following thorough testing in Orange Business Services's labs in Paris, the RBR2600 series was approved to seamlessly integrate with the Etrali Voice Platform, demonstrating its ability not only to record calls but to capture the entire history of any call, including transferring and holding, searching and picking up of other calls. The Etrali Mach 3D turrets allow users to manage several simultaneous calls, all of which must be recorded. Additionally, using the CTI data feed, the RBR2600 is able to trace individual calls using enriched data such as Trader ID and CLI.
