In an agreement announced today, Red Box Recorders
will be reselling AudioFinder, Nexidia’s full-featured, stand-alone
speech analytics solution to the Small to Medium sized Enterprise (SME)
market and to their prime Emergency Services arena. This will bring the
power to directly analyse the ‘Voice of the Customer’ into the domain of
most organisations. It will allow them to more fully understand business

Red Box solution for global business to meet FSA regulations
Red Box, the leading independent specialist in voice recording, storage
and retrieval, has been awarded a global contract by a leading financial
services organisation to cover all of its sites throughout the world.
The contract was awarded in anticipation of the new FSA regulations which
come into force in March 2009 requiring all financial services organisations
to update their voice recording system policies and procedures. Red Box
Recorders have already replaced existing systems with new, fully compliant
voice recorders at sites in Hong Kong, Paris, Zürich, New York, London
and Tel Aviv.
Red Box to supply fully scalable solution for leading financial institution
One of the UK’s oldest financial institutions has chosen Red Box Recorders,

to supply a networked system across its ten UK locations. In addition,
