Flexible SLAs

Red Box Recorders commits to supporting Quantify Recording Suite and any hardware built by Red Box and purchased directly from us or our approved business partners within the terms of your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Red Box offers three standard support levels to meet your requirements – Standard, Gold and Platinum. On request, we can also create a bespoke agreement tailored to the needs of your organisation. Depending on the level you choose we offer:

  • Access to free new feature upgrades to customers with a support agreement
  • Telephone, email, remote and on-site support
  • Support during regular and out-of-office hours
  • Target response and resolution times based on priority of recorded fault
  • Regular system health checks
