Look at our recent recording history: you’ll see we are firmly convinced that our competitors’ voice recording solutions are too complex and costly for most businesses. We’ve long understood that companies want straightforward, flexible, reliable and affordable voice recording. So we set out to develop it.

Our commitment means that today over half of our company works in R&D and we provide a purpose-designed software-based voice recorder that can run on a single server. It’s completely converged – in other words, not a diverse set of components – and so is easy to integrate and scale.

For example, a Red Box solution can be installed within a day, including training, often at a fraction of the cost of a competitor’s system. It also virtually looks after itself for ever.

What’s more, we can usually develop solutions very quickly to meet customers’ particular needs. On the other hand, we only bid for projects that we know are feasible and can actually be delivered.
